SHO currently has a $560,000 mortgage on a $2M building. We are currently paying $60,000 each year for this mortgage and it is up for renewal at the end of March, which will almost certainly mean a higher rate and even higher annual costs. We are looking for help to pay off our building with the plan of raising $275,000 and balancing that with a 1:1 matching amount from our cash reserves.
